How do you reach 1000 reputation star ?

Everything is unlock, all mission are done. But I am only at 990.

You probably miss 1 Warden mission there are 15 in total.
I had the same issue till i found out that i never found a HOUNDSTONGUE green plant very hard to see.

To start the mission there is a plant 150 meter north of the railway POI right on the shore.
