MASSIVE Network spikes while looking down

Hey guys, I need some help here please.

I play via Virtual Desktop with my Quest 3. I have a 4090/13900k PC. I play with a dedicated WIfi-6E access point and AV1 encoding. Every other game runs fine, I would say, occasional stutters here and there but otherwise completely okay.
But in Walkabout Minigolf I get serious flickering and tracking delay, caused by network spikes and therefore encoding spikes as well. But this happens ONLY if I look down. So in this game, that´s a problem.
If I putt the ball without looking down, everything is fine, but obviously I cannot aim then.

How do I fix this?

I know you probably figured this out by now but I had the same problem. I fixed it by changing the encoding to H.264+. don't know why AV1 hates mini golf.
