*spoiler* Fox Hunt - 4th level (Arizona)
I can't find where the last (I think) one is. If I interpreted it correct, its': 14+4-1 ------ 6+6+6, which would be somewhere between the 17th and 18th hole. But there's obviously not much there between those two holes and if it is actually there I can't see it.

Would appreciate the answer so I can move on to the next course!
