2 - Yes, several, Panoptic Fist is an early one you get, several littered throughout, but definitely more limited compared to some of the weapons
3 - The option "exist" but is not implemented, there is a beggar with this dialogue, but when chosen it will inform you that it is non-functional in EA
4 - Not really, but half/and/half if you get 90 Qimen and access the secret tunnel from the chessboard at night, but not really a conclusion, since this is available before the tournament as well
Thanks for all the answers. Where do you find those fist manuals? I haven't found a single AoE one yet (I am all the way to mount jun).
I don't remember, I just sort of collected them over time, if you chose to support the "streets" then you should already have Panoptic, if not streets, then the general who is freed from prison will teach you his AOE palm skill
Ok, I have no idea what general you mean.
This is more for research purposes, but I've playing around with it: if you import Supreme Theft in a NG+, in the tavern fight you can steal the manuals from the guys that won't join you - this does include the Panopticon Palm if you go with the Feather Robes.
There's also a couple more stealable manuals in the 'prologue' area (Snake Hiss on the Horned Serpent and Vicious Snake Palm on the Wounded Old Woman), but it's easier to just straight up use the Ghosthand to nab those.
You actually don't need the supreme steal in order to rob before leaving beginner island, just recruit Ghosthand first together with saber lady, and rob away and go to the army barracks last before continuing the plot =)
Also I misremembered about the general, you can save him from prison regardless of streets/government route, but I am not sure if moral -+ or if the if you have to be jianghu route in order for him to join you and give you the manual to AOE palm skill.
- you unlock this event-line via the abandoned house in the small village next to linan, you need ghost-hand on the team though.
Thank you. And yes, he doesn't join or give you anything you on the Feather Robe route it seems (as there was no pop up about what moral you need).
On the Feather Robe route I think you need to wait a few more story beats if you want him to join. I managed to get him, but I freed him only after my relations with the Sire took... a bit of a nosedive.
Edit: either that or the MOR check is hidden - I had 15+ when it worked.
I also freed him after the second route split (I took the frienship one), so there might actually be a hidden requirement (the first I have seen, though). Not that I matters. I freed him, messed up my low morals run and now I am hoping we might see him again later.
You can definitely get the palm skill, but I really don't recall the details =S
Actually, if you got to Winder Rider Gang HQ you actually get some extra content. Mainly a fight against the Seagrit dudes who drop a Gold Key for the Mountain area. This gives you some follow up quests. I'm not sure how far it goes though goes though cause at one point you need 20+ Moral and I only had 18. I'm not sure if this gets you some extra rewards or is more quest stuff.
Okay I am not sure about Feather Robe line, but on Jianghu line, you need 10 Morale minimum to get the commander to join, and he'll share his palm skill. If you have less than 10 morale, the system WILL NOT, give a notification, and the guy will go away with a different dialogue.
But, unfortunately not a palm or fist skill, it is a special/wine skill
Thanks for that. I found that out myself when playing the "Street Hero" route. There seem to be a weird lack of good strength palm skills too, for now at least.
