How to level martial arts with no manual?

How do you level up kung fu that you or your allies start with (e.x. tongue heal, take off boots, etc)? Thanks

Wear the shoes Wang left (if you helped the soldier), or the weapon the monk gave you (Hell mode). Both of them can level up the Kung Fu after you use them many times even if you don't have the manuals
