"How to get ALL Kung Fu of ALL styles?"

I'm having a serious problem finding new kung fu in the game. I'm already at the part where you would meet your old companions to do the main story. I've already managed to find some and I wanted to give them an upgrade since they became a very high level after I found them. But no, I can't find new Kung Fu books in the game. Specifically, I'm having trouble with the sword, melody, special and saber kung fu. Does anyone know where to find most of the kung fu? Do you know a website that tells the location of each one (if you have one, put the link to the website)?
