Open Wolrd Bounties

Hey all, just wondering if there are any special requirements that have to be met to encounter open world bounties in the crass patches? For example specific followers or traits present in your current team?

In the first area I found all of them very quickly, but in the southern area (Mt. Heng etc.) I can't get one to pop up. Been sprinting through tall grass since over 30min.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Location of the grass, mostly. Some are recruitable characters and can be found in the caves or via triggering events. For example, Vulpine man cannot be found until you do some quests from Wulu palace to get access to Vulpine Ridge.

cheers to that! so it's absolutely not depended on which followers I have in my team, correct? Cuz last playthrough I got the dude I am looking for super easy with having the same stuff done on the map. totally different team tho, so I am stressing out.

Pretty much. Just try to explore the world map more. If you can't find the one who you are looking for, just advance forward thru the story line or join multiple sects. Another bounties i found were the old couple in Floral Valley. If you want their heads, you will have to join Langhuan Pavilion. I hope this will help you.

anyone know if the jade fairy is quest related? if not where is she?

Doesn't seem like she's quest locked. I found her in the grassy area east of snowy mountain (not actually on the snow covered area).
