How do i learn melody?

i'm stuck at music festival. currently have 38 melody (i guess i learned some from books) but i need 60 to pass the test. any of you have an idea?

you can equip items that give you melody stat, there's two easy ones you can get before the competition. Just wear them for the temporary stat bonus to pass the test.
1. bone flute of jia lake (+30 melody) - from agreeing to take Gong Moyan as party member at Mt. Heng. You need MOR > 10 to recruit her.
2. vertical jade flute (+30 melody) - from treasure chest in Waterway of Taihu Lake

thank you, i was having a problem that i couldn't find the bone flute in weapon slot. Then found out later that it is in accessory slot
