UK Scenario bugs
I appreciate a lot of the latest changes and updates to the game but there are still many bugs and issues with the UK. Since 12.10, things have continued to break that need attention. As they are scenario problems I have tried to fix them myself in the Scenario.json but with no luck so far. These all still happen in 12.14, and now 12.15.

The biggest problem is government formation has broken. The LawComma for gov. confidence has disappeared from the default Government constitutional law, meaning that governments can be minority government, coalitions are now unnecessary, and there is no way of having early elections. By adding this as a comma that can be selected and applied to the default scenario again, that would fix the issue.

All the default laws are missing from the UK, starting the base happiness at around -5, which leads to frequent revolutions. The UK has not had a revolution in nearly 400 years, so I'm going to say this seems somewhat unrealistic.

There are other problems: the monarchy can't be replaced by a presidency anymore, democratic elections to the Upper House only triggers an election once a law to instituted an elected upper house has been passed twice (and this only happens once, meaning you have to pass 2 laws every time you want a House of Lords elections).

I really like the game so far and for a one man team it is incredible, but these bugs have been frustrating. If there is any way of easily editing Scenarios I would happily volunteer some time trying to help.

I have also had those issues Vanness, political leaders are never replaced after their arrest. But leaders are also never replaced until they die.

Yeah true, Another problem when both president canditates has no majority (cannot reach 270) in USA but still be President. It should pass to congress to decide who win Presidency (like vote) if no majority I guess.

We're now on 12.19 and unfortunately a lot of this is still broken. Even if just the confidence law article needs to be added and it would be a more enjoyable experience.
