Differences between this version and Console version

If anyone has any experience with or knows the differences between the console versions and this version (as in the one without the 18+ DLC) I'm interested in knowing what they are, for a couple reasons.

One, and the bigger reason, is because I noticed this time around, Sony let this game on PSN with an M rating citing Partial Nudity and Sexual Themes as the reasons. This is compared to back when they forced 1-3 to be censored down to E. I'm somewhat surprised by this as Sony has been infamously harsh with censoring fan service in anime games, and this listing suggests they actually allowed it.

And two, if I recall, the Switch version of the game actually had unique CGs and was wondering if that's the case with this installment as well.

Actually, the other volumes currently have M ratings on console as well. There's still extra censorship in the PS4 (and Switch??) version, as I understand it, but the E rating was an error.

Well in the case of 1-3, the Switch version was less censored than the PS4 version. The PS4 version intensified and increased all the censorship measures, like steam in the shower scenes. They likely did that again for this installment...or worse...just threw the heavily censored version on Switch as well.

Sigh...it's so depressing how much influence Sony's censorship is having on the industry :/
