Looks like in app purchases are not platform independent?
If I add a game to the app collection by purchasing it ony my pc, should it appear in my android app after I login into the game room account i created?

I can start root on pc (game appears in my collection), on android it does not.

It might be intended behavior, but if that is the case, it should be communicated clearly. If you advertise the app with
"Collect your favorite tabletop and digital Dire Wolf board games in one convenient virtual place!"
I have the expectation that if I add a game to my collection in the game room app, that it is available on every platform I can use the app on.

Unfortunately, you need to buy the base game for each platform. DLCs however, will cross over using the Game Room.
