Metal Detector & Collector Maps All Of A Sudden Do Not Work

I can't locate any collector items with my metal detector and cannot open any collectors maps. They were working all fine until a couple of days ago, and now I run into this issue. When I open a collectors map, I get a message that states that:

"This map is unable to locate any collectibles at this time. You may need to earn a higher Collector Rank to unlock more map locations."

I am well ranked to be enabled with this, so I am not sure what to do nor how to fix this. I truly hope this is a easy fix or a bug that is planned to be fixed by Rockstar. Thank you.

yeah, same. Usually changing sessions or restarting helps. Also the bug with animal despawn after you pick it up or skin. Maybe it's mod menu users fault?

Better read the whole before fix.
No need to lose all your settings if you delete a little less than originally written.
