Rockstar Social Club Rewards

I played RDO on Xbox originally, and now with the same Social Club account, I play on Steam. My progress didn't convert, so I'm wondering if Social Club rewards (gold for 2FA, money for setting up the account) still work when you use your account on a different device. On Xbox when I verified my account, both worked but took a couple days. So, if anybody has an answer to this, please tell me. I want to know what to expect so that I don't do hours of pointless grinding just to then get the gold I need for a rank anyway. Thanks!

I know I got the 2FA awards for setting it up(although I'm not sure if I did it on console since it was a long time ago - probably did) however the setup awards I never got.

Not sure if it was something else, however I have to assume that it's only available to you're first character.

Anyways yeah plenty of ways to get gold in the game, it depends on what you want to do and what your goal is.
