Can I adopt a husky if I buy the current Halloween Pass?

Title, I don't want anything from what is available in the Pass, but I NEED someone to be around so Cripps doesn't feel alone.

What makes you ask or think you could possibly get access to a Husky when you buy the current pass, when you even state yourself :

On a side not, you can always get a breed of dog that's available from the get go, the Husky I believe was in the Outlaw Pass 2 and can no longer be obtained.

Especially Outlaw Pass 1! (lol, we PC players never got a chance to get it.) XD

What I said I wasn't interesting in is the rewards you get by leveing up the Pass Ranks.
I probably missed typed my question, sorry I'll reiterate.

I want the husky breed which is behind the Outlaw Pass paywall. I am wondering whether the current Halloween Pass counts as said Outlaw Pass which will allow me to buy this special breed of doggo.

Welcome to FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), one of the most anti-consumer practices a company can use. :/

So far the Halloween Pass 2 is the only ‘pass’ Rockstar has re-released. Maybe they’ll re-release other passes in the future? It’s hard to say. :(

Let's hope R* somehow unlocks the stuff that needed the Pass to be obtainable. FOMO is the rest in live-service games.

I got the Beagle/Foxhound (whatever) Pooping Machine. He demands petting, much like the Husky I would assume. You don't have to feed him (which makes me wonder where all that poop is coming from). Cripps hates him (and that makes me want to Shoot Cripps, but haven't yet - for some reason). He likes to be near me and sometimes poops INSIDE the cheap, discount tent - the only one you can sit in to get out of the rain. It's standing right there at your feet on: "Pat a Dog" Daily Challenge Day - also draws in friendly Players - so they can Pat him as well. He draws in A-Holes that try to kill him (but can't) and that gives you time to steal all the animals off their horse and give them to Cripps.

He did show up on a 'Treasure Hunt' after I was eaten by a Cougar (I know he has permanent God Mode, so wondered why he didn't show up to poop on the Cougar and drive it off), but did dutifully warn me of an Ambush in progress at Camp - and I couldn't have been more proud.

No husky on the pass. But there's currently an event thingie in game where if you play/replay the story mission 'Love & Honor' you can get a 50% discount on dogs that are available.

Not sure how long the event is going on for so take advantage.
