redm error during steam ros sign in

So I'm trying to play redM, I've got everything installed for it and every time I try to play it, it comes up saying redM error during Steam ros sign-in. I have no clue what that means tried searching it up and found nothing that works. If anyone has this issue please let me know thanks.

Could you get it to work? I reinstalled RedM and it still doesn't work (error 400.210). People say to delete the RedM cash but I don't know which one exactly (there's several folders, server caches etc). I had to make a new PW for Rockstar but that didn't help either (I can log into the game though).

The problem with it was that redM was down but once it was all up and running i could get onto it. the open file location for redM then go into data it should say cache server-cache and server-cache-priv delete those
