I need to buy RDR2 to play RDO?
Hello, i wonder if that's the case, or i can play RDO without owning RDR2?

Hey, my friend is about to buy a copy of RD2 games, does it includes RDO too? or he should buy both RD2 and RDO?

RDR2 includes RDO as well. :)
Your friend just needs to buy RDR2.

No, RDR2 includes RDO, not vice versa. RDO as the standalone version does NOT include the story, so no RDR2.

RDR 2 is enough. RDR 2 includes both story and online
