Unable to connect to Rockstar game services [error: 0x500a0000]

I've had this message for about a year whenever I try to play RDO. I've removed all mods, reinstalled the game multiple times, changed my DNS, watched countless videos on how to fix but nothing has worked. I really want to play online so if anyone has any ideas on how to fix please comment below

Whitelist all rockstar directories, it's likely your firewall's blocking files necessary for online connectivity.
