Facing this same issue, can't join friends from USA, just european.

We're using lobby manager for private lobbies, but I don't think it matters.

Husband and I can't join each other. We keep getting error 27140000. We followed the steps on the support and nothing. This game is a waste of money and time with how much it always randomly breaks.

My whole friend group is having this same problem. Some friends can join each other and some can't. This has been going on since yesterday..

rockstar support said, i have to check integrity my gamefiles in steam..... thanks 4 nothing.... very sad.

we have to make some noise, I'm having the same problem both in read and in gta online, I thought the problem was my internet, I've done everything that is mentioned in rockstar support and nothing, the company charges absurd amounts in the game, which has been presenting discouraging problems

same issue, there is no actual fix to this, but you can consistently try joining eachother's lobbies and can get in, took me about 20 mins
