Collector Role and Treasure Maps

Something unusual and cool happened to me while collecting: I found a treasure map while picking up a tarot card. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems incredibly rare since I'm already at level 18 and this is the first treasure map I've come across. It makes sense, though, because Madam Nazar does mention having treasure maps, but you don't really pay attention until you actually get one.
I forgot to mention that I was also working on one of her maps. It wasn't just a random tarot card I stumbled upon. This seems like an important detail because I don't usually do many of her tarot card collector maps. However, if there's a chance to get a treasure map from her maps, it might be worth doing more of them.

Collectors role is dead now because it won't let you collect anything anymore it just comes up with you having to be a higher rank? Madam Nazar does not show up anymore!

I dont know what you mean, i do have no problem trading with Madam Nazar, maybe its just random Rockstargames Incompetence.

I cant really remember that you get actual treasure maps from her? Like, sure, arrow and all those stuff but not the actual treasure maps.
But it feels like i randomly get thrown thousand of treasure maps into my inventory i dont know.
