Mac is not currently for gaming, maybe in the future as they adjust their price based on common sense and specs?

This game isn't available for macOS and there is 0 chance it will be anytime in the distant future, due to lack of demand, amongst other things.

Even on Windows, which makes up the majority of users for personal computer, is still behind after consoles in the number of users. So splitting development resources for macOS doesn't work financially and won't get the green light. iOS...hmmm.
