Resolved: How to equip a fishing rod

OK So I bought a fishing rod and have been trying to find it in my weapons wheel but can't find it under any of the weapon slots when I scroll through the various weapons and such

So how do I equip the fishing rod to go catch some fish??

Resolved: had to google it but seems the tool tips don't indicate R to change equipment wheels and I finally figured this out. For those trying to figure out same thing on PC press TAB to bring up the wheel and then press R to change to a different wheel that has your fishing rod and other items in it.
