etta doyle bounty bug??
OK so I been doing the Etta Doyle bounty as often as possible being it pays pretty good but I always have more then one life is there a bug in this mission where sometimes you only get the 1 life to do it in or is this a certain thing with bounties where the more you do them the less lives you get or why did I only get the one life this time even when restarting from t he check point and also the entire mission it never have me more then the starting life.

I believe each time you successfully complete and repeat the same bounty it automatically increases in difficulty.

It’s a ridiculous system where you can run the risk of making all the bounties too difficult to complete. :/

A better system would be if Rockstar allowed you to choose the difficulty.

Or is there a way to choose the difficulty and I’m just remembering it wrong? :P

As far as I can see no you just go to the board and select the mission and it starts no choice for difficulty as far as I can see

And yeah cause most are easy just pop the bad guy and off you go but this one especially is a 4 star toughness and Etta has to be captured alive where as all her goons have no problem shooting at you. So with only the starter life to play off of at this point it's near impossible to complete this missiong as you have to take her down and hog tie her while being shot at pick her up while being shot at dump her on your horse while being shot at and hope to get to a safe zone while being shot at it's almost a given that your one lifes gonna be lost before you get to the finish line.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. :/

It’s been a while since I played a legendary bounty. o_o

I have no idea why Rockstar neglected to let players choose the mission difficulty; seems like pretty poor game design. :(

yeah they really should allow the player to do this as a mission especially Etta's is more a team type mission so it really should be based on the number of players in the team. Solo players should get a back up life or two to compensate for the mission posse members.
