im in the exact same spot it said she was in, and shes not there

i know where she is now, i haven't became a collector yet so she is marked as "become a collector" instead of madam nazar.

can you become both a collector and bounty hunter?

and when i become a collector, will she always be on the map? like on the handheld map

I can’t remember if she’s always on the map. I think you may still need to hunt for her.

Yes, you can be a Bounty Hunter and Collector. You can access all the roles without them interfering with one another. :)

honestly all i want is the pig mask and the skull mask, i found her but she doesnt have them. do you know where they are and if i can even get it in red dead online?

I'm not 100% sure but I believe both of these masks were part of a battle pass in the past, so they're unobtainable as of now until R* decides to release the passes again, which probably won't happen

those 2 masks came from a reward event if you are talking for the online version.
think i got a gold skull mask.
some madam nazar has also.
