Where in the World is Madam Nazar?

I finally have enough gold to be a collector and I can't find her anywhere - yes, I know they travel but she doesn't show on my map like Harriet does

I read on reddit a long argument about "she's SW of T.L." and "No, she ain't" and "its glitched"

I haven't seen her in game for awhile.

Almost maxed out BH and Trader though - had a blast doing it!

Well its not really someone. Its an automated bot posting it every morning. For me its at 7am right when the daily challenges and other things reset.
