You cannot save a stolen hat. If you buy a hat from the catalogue, then it will be saved in your wardrobe. A hat is a good thing as it stops first shot to the head, you hat flings off. Next shot to head, with no hat, your dead.

call Regimental Hat, you can find in catalogue

i think Military Mountie Hat you mean? i think its not available in RDO rn, probably they add it later
