<< HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE FOR RED DEAD ONLINE >>
--> search the file: appmanifest_1404210 (normally it is in the "steamapps" Folder)

--> important: Steam is off and you cut the file to your Desktop

--> right klick on the file and "Open with..."

--> choose the normal "Editor" on your PC with the blue overlay

--> when its opened, you find the last section: "language" and "english"

--> now you can change in your mother tongue for example "german" or "french" and so forth

--> save this. cut the file to the "steamapps" folder back and now you can run the game in your mother tobgue

It does not work. Jumps in the file again and again in English :(

oh that's weird for me it worked 100%
did you save after changing?

Oh, it worked now.

Steam was still running in the background, I didn't notice that.
I closed steam properly and reopened it, then it went ...

Oh, it worked now.

100% works.

just edit and add "you need to re-open steam for apply change"

now the second problem is the volumen, i know you can fix that in volume mixer but i want to know why the system put the game volume level in 20%

I can't help you with the volume
but you could use the volume mixer in your system
