I believe the work is being done.
But the fact that the developer cannot answer in what year the game will be released is certainly suspicious.
hopefully that means it is still being worked on
Dead game? Definitely not. The game is in development all the time and it may not be some fast pace, but it keeps moving forward regularly. Several updates have appeared on our page on Steam and we're planning more in the near future. Stay tuned.

btw please if you get a chance, please can you also allow options for lower end computers to be able to buy and enjoy the game, such as allowing 30fps, and basic dx11.0 (not dx12 or vulkan only)
