Multi-player mode doesn't work anymore wich is pretty mad....

what do you mean? We were just playing multiplayer and it played fine? Does any of your friends have the game and created a lobby? Because nobody seems to have set up a public lobby now, and on the lobby list there are only public lobbies or lobbies created by friends.
You can host a public lobby and then someone can join you ;)

Still do low FPS on high end pc?

we were trying to play together. first my friends made it into the lobby i created, but they couldn't open up the boxes with our stuff.... then half an hour later, they couln't join the lobby anymore. so yeah it doesn't work here

I am confused.. I play this game in multiplayer mode.. After my friend (the host) talked to grandpa, he received some tools. It shown on my left screen that "You received new items", but I could not find them anywhere in my 1-2-3 slots or in my bag. Does anyone have this problem? Or is there anywhere I should go to take my tools?

From the experiences I've had in multiplayer, these messages are specific only to the host, but guests can also view them.

Inventory is completely bugged. First it was just the chest. Random blank spaces, and when you click to move something you have to manually choose a spot or it just hops back and forth between chest and inventory. Then when I went to sort it, a bunch of blank spaces were randomly scattered. Stacks weren't merging. Finally, as I went to sort my own personal inventory, I got the same random spaces and now I can't move anything to or from my inventory or the storage unless it already exists in another stack. Hope it makes sense, I'm a bit too frustrated to word things any better right now.

Wanted to add, I think I've found what is happening. It's only when using controller. When you hit an item from your inventory to go into the regular chest (the small chests work fine), it quickly moves the item, but also your "mouse position" to that item. It then makes you choose manually a spot to let it go (like it's sticking to it). What seems to happen, though, is while you are moving it, it is actually "silently" duplicating the item into a slot, but making it invisible. When I went to the trader, I noticed I had two of grandma's camera, and two of many of the objects I'd had to mess with in the inventory. The workaround now is using a mouse when dealing with the big chest inventory, but also, to get my stuff back, I completely empty my items into small chests, then hit up the trader and sell the little devils that haunt the inventory. This glitch could actually be an exploit because I got a lot of coin for my troubles...But I'd rather avoid the troubles. haha

*This glitch seems to affect getting the quest items to actually count as received. So to combat that, I place the items I already found in the small chest, and then pick up the chest. For some reason this tells the game that I've finally "found" the items.
