Quest - Path Builder 2

Hi, I am having trouble completing the quest Path Builder 2.

Place a piece of stone path in the workshop. I have placed a single piece of stone path as well as several pieces within the workshop.
The quest is not completing :(

Anyone else have any suggestions.

First you have to buy 3 stone pieces from the merchant. Then you have to make a path with 3 stones on the ground somewhere. Then make 1 stone path in the workshop and put it down as a path with the others. This should finish the quest. I actually made extra and put them around my well. Looks very nice.

I did this quest and it worked, you make the sand and stone paths and place them somewhere inside the farm, for example in front of the chicken coop or in front of the cow pen, I hope I helped!

Thanks, I have tired lots of different things. Have given up at this point
