Old Scarf Location

I have all the other items to craft the scarecrow but cannot find the old scarf, please can someone help?

Can't find the gloves anywhere! They're not at the windmill like they were for everyone else, and I haven't sold them to the merchant. Can also confirm you can buy back scarf from merchant tho.

Did you look closely at the windmill stairs? I passed them several times before I found them.

I cannot find the scarecrows hat. Anyone seen it? Got a cut scene with a dog wearing one but disappeared.

If you got the scene with the dog and the hat then when you go to craft the scarecrow it should register the hat. Later the scarecrow doesn't show the hat and you get to talk to him about it.
