Bug - Forest Bee Location
I've turned the bees I got from the stone blocking the goat into hives and have yet to see any other wild colonies of bees. Are there others?

Edit: There seems to be an issue with this quest. I do not have the marker to identify the location of the forest bees. Catching bees from my own hives does not suffice.

They're supposed to be others. You need them for a quest later. But I haven't been able to find any more.

I just re-caught the ones I found from the hives hives I found to make the hives needed for the quest.

For wild/Forest bees they are by a tree and you'll get a quest to make different hives for them and a marker where to find them.

Oh that's smart!

I have the quest, but don't seem to have a quest marker for the bees.

I just double checked mine as well and I also do not have the quest marker for the forest bees. Catching bees from my hives does not suffice.

I will try to describe it, if i remember correctly. If you stand on the porch of the house with your back to the barn. You need to take a path forward and off to the left kind of in line with the windmill.

I just remember then being by a tree, thicker trunk than the kind you can cut down. It's not far from the farm. I caught them before the quest so sold them and then bought them back once I had the quest. It still gave me the marker so I could find the tree and get the honey.

Check in your list of quest. If you have the quest there should be a marker of matching color as the quest in the list. If there isn't one click the quest should turn the marker on (color on, white is off)

I'll have a look around at the larger trees near the farm, thanks for the tip!
When toggling the marker on/off there is no coinciding marker on the map. :)

Have tried turning quest on and off, no marker. Have looked at the bigger trees but will look again. I think I remember the first bee tree being somewhere over hill from trader. But so far haven't been able to find it again. If I do, I'll share the location here

The wild bees are in the other direction. So say you are at the cooking station, you have the orchard and the broken windmill forward to your right, well from the cooking station you want to go forward a bit but to the left. A path goes round the corner and the bees are at the base of the tree

This one?
No it has a more twisty sort of appearance and wasn't as out in the open.
