Cows not eating?
Has anyone had any problems with the cows not eating from the pasture feeder? They'll both go up to it and look like they're chomping away but the hay doesn't go down and they have the fork and knife above their head. It's a tad annoying because leaving hay bales on the ground get wasted by the mice, even though my cat is at max friendship.

Mine use the feeder but they seem to do so at random if the pasture is planted with grass and flowers.

My goats and sheep eat from the pasture feeder so I wasn't getting why the cows aren't. I'll try the grass seed and see if that helps, thanks!

I have this same problem. My cow paddock has grass, hay bales, and the feeder (full) and they're still hungry. The only thing I can think is that I have put some deers in the paddock, maybe its creating a conflict? Will build a new pen and see if it helps.

They will graze, ear bales, or use the pasture/feeder.
I've found that in the morning many of them have the hunger icon until they feed themselves. It should go away once they do.

they are so fat they get grid locked near the feeder. at this point it might be better to double the pen and just plant callum grass and let them deal with it. I had a group of llamas get locked together near the llama sign. I had to go pet them to break the pathing lock.
