Growing trees with the tree nursery, how does it work? Where is the tree nursery?

You build the tree nursery at the crafting station. It's basically a planter box. From there you find a full grown fruit tree and place the nursery near it. When you go to place it, it creates a yellow circle around the nursery to show you which trees are within range and the trees will highlight to show you which one you're selecting. Once you have the right one selected, just finish placing the nursery. It takes about 3 in game days for the new tree to grow and don't forget to water it. After that you'll see a little baby tree that you can harvest.
