How do we get more milk jugs? I have cows I can't milk.

Same, used buckets and those canisters also.
Would like a way to get empty ones. Think I only had 2 empty jugs as a dream reward once.

You can buy Milk Jugs containing Milk from the Trader by purchasing them.
All you have to do is use the Milk Jug in cooking and you'll get an Empty Milk Jug.
I've been doing that to get additional Milk Jugs for Milking, it's expensive, but you make almost all the money back by selling the cooked food made with the milk, plus you get a Empty Milk Jug in exchange.
As a result, it doesn't cost much money at all in the long run.

You can also cook something using milk to free up milk containers

I've found a total of six empty milk jugs by exploring on the main island. A couple were on or near the farm, but several were in remote areas, I think one is near the Mill and another by where you find corn, and one was near one of the flower seed fields I think. Hope that helps!

I have too many cows to reasonably cook dishes just to get empty containers. I would really appreciate some way to buy containers - or like most farming games just have a magical one appear and have a milking pail that functions the same way as the shears. I'm worried my hoards of cattle and goats are about to get sick because I can't milk them. I would like to be able to milk my animals and just sell the milk.
