(Switch) recipes dissappear

I can no longer find the recipe to make dog treats, but I have 5 different fence and gate recipes to choose from.

Cursor UI selection is confusing by a shade of color change (especially with only 2 options) by not being able to know what I am ACTUALLY selecting.

Is there a way to throw items away?

My dog finds the sheep I already own when presented with wool and searching the island on foot I found no stray sheep for the sheep quest before getting shears

Rooster and coop are next to the house but I still wake up at noon

Issues aside I'm enjoying this game a lot!

Forgot about the separate machine in the barn for treats 🤦
