OP means the devs are to blame for the state the game is in, and lists a whole bunch of issues that show the devs don't understand how players play this game, or any MMO, for that matter.
Thats cool and all but that doesn't excuse blaming your players because they encountered that softlocked them, which is something you're entirely responsible for.
I can't even begin to imagine the mental gymnastics that went into blaming a player for a softlock, when that player has nothing to do with the games development or quality control. OP has literally no ability to control whether or not you release something functional, and your staff is blaming him because your produced and released something with a serious flaw.
the dev team size has nothing to do with expecting new systems to have had some quality control before going live.
1.4 is out and does what it says , so its already leaps and bounds better than 1.3. I guess all those who quit made way for new hires with competence.
