I am not sure what you need to be confirmed here. It seems that this is a solid review and it convinced me to just purchase the game on Steam.

I can confirm that those visuals line up with what the in-game experience is like on both devices, if that is what you mean.

I'm kinda torn on this one. I usually buy games on Steam. But Quest standalone looks decent, and in summer I may want to just run it on the headset without using my PC to heat up the entire house.

Have they said anything about cross-progression? That is, can you play the same character on different platforms? Or is it separate progression?

Progression is shared on every single platform - this is guaranteed. The game itself has always been crossplay between all supported platforms.
The only cost you'd incur is paying for two clients (Steam and Oculus), which you can then link to the same game account.

This is also correct and good point. If you stick to Oculus you can get both the native Quest and Oculus PCVR version without paying an additional cost, but you would not be able to use Steam.

So would the graphics run like PC version if you got it from the oculus store?

If you get either the Oculus Store or Quest Store version, the graphics will be similar to other PCVR devices if you run it with PCVR. The graphics will only be worse if you play on native standalone mode.
