Wow, so then the servers hold like 40 players max?

300+ players… this game is about to die… hopefully they release dedicated server.

There's no counter that counts everyone connected including PSVR and Oculus PCVR or MobileVR connected players which make up the majority. Steam Charts only counts people playing via SteamVR which is a minority, but even at that it's a sizable # of people for a VR game if you compare it to other online only VR game populations.

Each server can hold somewhere between 110-150 players and when I log in i see at least 6 listed as 'full' another 8-10 listed as 'high' population. As VR games go, this one is going fine still IMO. That's not to say it couldn't die especially if new endgame content doesn't materialize soon-ish.

As the person before me said, Steam makes up a small percentage of Zenith players. Quest users definitely making up the majority of the playerbase here.

na it wont die, it will probably be like orobus or township, where it just kinda vibes out with the regular players. and the backend theyre using is for mmos dedicated servers probably wont be a thing. I think its boring at level 40 to teleport around and do events to farm, and the boss isnt that fun for a casual who would rather do 5 player groups. I dont think we will get instanced dungeons but possibly

The only fun I had teleporting around doing invasion events was because other people were around in voice chat complaining too so we had something to bond over, but back to square one where the gear is pointless and the world boss is too hard for casual group

ya your right, i was on for like 5 hours the other day, and i know i ran by more than 300 people, and that was on a low tier server too. so there's gotta be 300+ people on the quest side for me too see as many people as i do.
I dunno, the server i play on is medium/high populated, and i usually only run into maybe 3 or 4 players at any one time. In higher levels zone, i have a level 34, i see nobody. I quit playing my 34 because there is ♥♥♥♥ all to do at that level except grind or run after events, which most of the time i'm the only one there. I raised a mage/tank to 28 now, but already running into the same thing.

The game has little content, and what's there is hap-hazard. You can see the lack of quality too in the landscape, mountains/hills have gaps, trees are hanging above the ground, it looks like somebody just spammed a bunch of ♥♥♥♥ together quickly, no quality control at all. I can't see these guys lasting too long unfortunately. It's sad.

Game is bumping right now... definitely not close to dead. But yeah MMO's need a steady flow of updates or it will. :warpstone:
