How to?

There's not a lot of in-game help. Although most of the game is very user friendly and easy, I cannot figure out how to drop or get of items I don't need that have been fixed to a key. For instance the small watering can. I can't drop it, store it, trash it, or anything. Any help?

Hi, I'm glad you enjoy the game so far :) That's true, we don't give too much help with how to handle and store items. You can store tools like the watering can in the garden shed where the laptop is. All tools like watering can, lawn mower etc. can be stored there at the wall, or at the back of the fence. Also, items like decorations and seeds can be stored in the garden shed on the left side, either just throw the items in, or put them in empty slots. Well if it's as simple as finding an open spot and pressing E or something then it's not working. I can't seem to remove the item from the hotbar to store it.

I equip the watering can, but it won't let me water the egg plants at the start using the held left mouse button? Am I doing something wrong?

helped me so much i was like gah 2 watering cans how do i get rid of one. thxs a bunch. now if u could tell me how to gather the compost

Switch to observe (the magnifying glass). The compost should be brown, go to it and you will use (E) to gather compost.

You probably just need to go to the spout and get some water


My issue was the watering can also. It wasn't clear where to put that one to me. TY for posting/answering you guys :)
