How to hug the bear?

I see people say that you can hug the bear to regain energy, but I see no one say how to do it, and I've pressed every key on my keyboard to no avail. Could somebody please help with this?

Hey khanivore5! Thank you for playing the game! About the lullaby mechanic, you can verify the key assigned to it in the control settings option, which can be found in the menu. There, you can also remap the controls to choose whichever key you like. Remember that to perform the lullaby you have to hold down the key. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance!

You need to be out of energy to hug the bear or it will not let you as well.
