Just in case you are missing just one last Blue Note, it's probably the same one I was missing and to save you the hassle of going all over the place, it's probably the one that's on the eastern side of the first (center) zone, there is a room with a hot air geyser that you probably forgot it existed (like me), it's there, just go in there, use phoenix form and you're done :)

Thank you for this. The way that room is positioned, they could easily have made the vent lead to a door and put the note in another room, then we could have at least noticed an unvisited space on the map. You saved me so much hassle and earned me the "Platinum."

I just finished the game minus one achievement (bestiary). I definitely had to stop in this thread to figure out where the hell that note was, as I had all the others. It felt like another lifetime ago since I last saw that room. Thanks for the location!
