Does this have "Souls-like" difficulty?
I don't mind a challenge but that genre of games isn't really for me. :P

Are there any kind of difficulty options? And price?

Yea the art looks amazing I really want this game but I’m hoping it’s more castlevania sotn than dark souls. Looks awesome

No Souls-like anything.

It's more a classic metroidvania, not easy, not hard. Focused on history and exploration.

I like how Hollowknight left such a cursed mark on Metroidvania genre that people are now worried about new Metroidvania's taking souls elements.

As Blansi93 stated, the difficulty of our game is inspired by classic Metroidvanias. For reference, the difficulty is similar to "Record of Lodoss War" or "Metroid Fusion"!

Record of Lodoss War was beautiful to look at but sadly devoid of any challenge :(

Well, Symphony of the Night wasn't all that difficult to name a famous example. There's a dozen ways to break the game, but it was still an enjoyable and entertaining experience even when you're already overpowered. That said, if the developers could include a higher difficulty mode of some sort, that would be good.

Adjustable difficulty is always nice but I guess that isn't the case here.

if it was up to me I would have all my metroidvania have a separate soul crushing difficulty ... for hardcore veterans like me - if its not ultra hard - its not fun enough - thats just my opinion and some of the guys obviously - that's why multiple difficulties is always the best option to please everybody

Games don't have to be very challenging to be very enjoyable.
Many games hailed as the greatest of all time are very easy in comparison to some of the "hardcore" games like Souls and Sekiro.

That's really disappointing to hear. Record of Lodoss War was one of the easiest metroidvanias I've had the displeasure to play. The regular enemies are entirely passive and you kill them before they do anything, the main character is so OP you just spam attacks to out DPS the bosses entirely ignoring their patterns. If THAT was your inspiration, then this is a hard pass for me, I'm afraid.
