Any sort of 18+ content which could ban this game from German storefronts?

I've really been looking forward to this game for a while now. So I'd be quite bummed out if they made the game inaccessable for me or remove some of its content to fit the compliancy of German law. I'm not talking exclusively about nudity but also about the theme in general. Sometimes Steam chooses to ban certain content which is for adults only, be it for nudity, gore, violence or any other reason. I just don't want to see this happen here...so far I've seen nothing that suggests a reason for banning this game, but you never know in Germany. "Rating pending" is stated on the store page, let's see where this goes...

This game has plenty of body horror and gore. One of the very first things you see is the protagonist graphically and violently getting their arm amputated. The ending sequence also has some pretty bloody, gorey, and gruesome torture scenes.

Will keep that in mind, thanks. I played the demo so I saw the arm amputation already. Steam rated the game 18+ but it is playable for me. Perhaps because I've bought it before the rating got confirmed officially or they actually didn't ban the game. Either way, I cannot wait to get started! :]

Also on this, in fact, you can, retail keys *mostly* work, but a good friend from America can always gift you adult only for instance. If you dont have overseas friends, thats unfortunate, but gifting can be used, as long as currencies have a similar value. Got a friend in France? Works, Italy, UK? Works

Just haven't found good retailers for Steam keys when it comes to adult only games.

Perhaps somewhere down the line. Not like I need to own every adult game there is haha. I'm just very annoyed that Germany can't accept that I'm over 18 years old and should have the right to look at the content I want lol
