Play this, or containment breach remastered.

So, I've yet to play either, but from what I gathered they both seem to be BASICALLY the same game. Just with some minor alterations in mechanics and SCPs. They both seem to just be a modernized remake/remaster of the original containment breach.

Now, I know CBR doesn't have VR support or multilayer, but luckily I could care less. I have no interest in multilayer or VR, so labrat really has nothing much to offer.

With those features of labrat being completely irrelevant, it now comes down to just basic gameplay, visuals, performance, etc. Comparing Labrat and CBR on just a basic level, with only the core features mastering and being pretty similar, which one would be the best SCP game for me to play first? Which is the most stable and best performing, and most supported/developed? Which one has the best graphics. Which has the most base game content? And which one is better for mods?

I'll be playing solo, unmodded, with M&KB.
