We've got a patch going through review right now to fix this. Hopefully it'll be available soon!

There was an issue with the quest triggers where if you didn't complete a particular task at the moment we expected you could get locked out of it. Somehow none of our QA or our beta testers ran into it, so we fully missed it. Sorry about that!
