The first thing I mentioned was that I was not able to change the keybinding. I don't think that many are still using arrow buttons to stear anything nowadays. WSAD is the way to go nowadays but that is probably not a good way for space combat. The mouse steering feels very unprecise in combat. It is not impossible to get the target into the target cross but it seems unnecessarily complicated. So basicly this is not a game for mouse/keyboard flight. Since I do not ever use controllers and my last joystick...

Interesting game and I would definitely purchase the full version once it arrives. But NOT with forced online. I prefer to play with Steam in offline mode and your Demo gave me a message that it's "not allowed". Why that for a single player game?
