Had a lot of fun. There's so much to like about this game already. I also haven't read to see if some of these things are on a list of improvements.

A couple things I would like to see improved/added.

1. The character models. The eyes are SPOOKS. I'm not sure what it is about them, but they give me the creeps, lol. I don't mind the models overall, although maybe little cutesy anime models might work better similar to Hot Shots or Easy Come Easy Holf (or even similar to the loading screens).

2. Definitely need more info. Club distance for sure. I'm sure the on screen shot targeting kind of gives that info, but a lot of people just want the info on the shot screen because they don't like looking forward.

3. Free cam is pretty bad at this point. I like the idea, but the clipping is not in a good place. I think it can but good, but I would probably switch the default view to overhead to avoid as much clipping. Takes you out of your shot when you're looking where to go and you're flying through mountains, unable to see the terrain. I know you can move it, but the simplest thing should always be the first thing a player sees.

4. I would love the option to turn on or off an overlay on the hole on the right side, above the ball spin system. I understand if you can't show the "aiming" on it, but it's a good feature, especially for beginners. If you don't know what I mean, look at Everybody's Golf. It's in the same spot, above the ball, on the right hand side. It's a fantastic feature for beginners, but should or could have an option to "hide."

5. Being able to move your "aim" in free-cam, at least in lower difficulties would be beneficial.

6. Putting needs similar QOL features. Distance of your putter (especially since you can switch your "swing power" between short, medium, and long. I'd also like to see how far uphill or downhill my shots are. Again, these could be features that you could turn on and off for a more difficult experience, but out of the box, especially with look of the game, I feel like the general crowd would prefer an easier out of box experience, with the ability to make it more difficult by turning off distances, grids, etc, etc.

7. I'm sure this is being worked on, but the instant stopping in rough, etc is pretty unrealistic. The ball should still bounce in the rough... somewhat. It just dies. And leads to some pretty ridiculous lies in general. But overall, it just makes the gameplay worse because unless it's really deep rough... it would never stop that quickly. It's going to bounce and run a bit. This might be the most important one.. because hitting a small patch of fairway rough on a drive, should not stop dead in the little island of rough. It should still bounce/run, etc. Just less high and slower.

8. I prefer using the left click... it just feels more responsive. But having to switch between left click and space bar to advance after the shot feels bad.

9. Coming out of the menu, if I left click, it collapses the menu and starts my shot right away. I know I could just let the shot expire, but gamers are known to panic, so you end up hitting a bad shot instead of letting it expire.

Overall, I'm in love. This is the game I have been looking for. I've been dying for a Hot Shots Golf (or Clap Hanz to bring Easy Come Easy Golf to PC), but it just seems to be a dying wish. But this game has scratched the itch. And I can see a lot of really, really great stuff here that will be even better with some small tweaks.

Again, you don't have to implement any of these suggestions. They are my own! But these things that would make me continue coming back to the game and recommending to my friends.
