they didn't put mmr in to protect new players and the playerbase ate itself. I don't get why devs keep killing their own games like this

Epic Games exclusive at release. I think they had few players... Good business at the start, ez money from Epic Games, but big mistake in the long run!

they didn't balance it. controller aim was overpowered and not fun to go against. another case of devs ignoring feedback and paying the price for it

Lack of promised content. Still salty that they didn't add a single new element to the game, which they talked about very early on when asked about roadmaps.
The only content they "added" were minor map changes and, after much asking, a team-based arena mode.

it's was so skillful. didn't play it, but loved watching Viss stream it. Magical girl Viss was a great arc.
