Are there bots?

I just did my first match, and won; I got in like three fights, and they were not good.

Were those people that sucked, or bots that sucked?

Yes, there are and they are pretty obvious.

Sad. I noticed too. I'd rather wait for a game with real players then play with trash bots.

Your very first game is bots-only, then you play against other newbie players + bots until you reach level 8 or 9 or 10 (not sure). After that, you go to the general pool, where some players are level 50 or higher, and bots are only added to lobbies when there are not enough human players. At this point, many players become frustrated and quit the game because they feel they have no chance against veteran players, or "sweats" as they call them.

first you got a bot game then you got players. atleast it was like that but now idk after merging to steam the game is absolutely buggy we got back to play when spellbreak get to steam but textures not loaded we didn't see the enemy ect. maybe it will get fixed soon but in epic version (now epic is really buggy too) we got enough challenge when we played some hours. We didn't meet a single bot. when we did duo.

I'm level 7 and have been playing against the sweaties for a few games now. I've only played 12 games total. The lack of a decent matchmaking definitely kills this game.
