DIE GAME?
I played in epic in his day and he was painting very well. I thought he would return .... I see that he had only 1500 players online .... he has little life left, right?

it has crossplay support with all other platfiorms, plus the majority of the PC community are still on Epic as spellbreak was an exclusive there for around a year.

spellbreak is not a huge game but its doing well due to the combined PC/console community.

Epic Games Store killed this one.

Didn't know it was an Epic exclusive. Well, welcome to the Ignore list.

Hi! Let me clear up some misinformation.

Spellbreak is not an Epic exclusive. We originally were on Steam and transfered to Epic around the time Spellbreak went into Beta.

This was due to the amount of beta codes that the team wanted to send out. Steam wasn't working out for this.

At launch, we were available on Epic, Switch, Playstation and Xbox. Shortly after launch, we were back on Steam!
Pfft, that's a laugh. You guys took a fat sack of Epic money for exclusivity. You can spin it any way you want but it doesn't change the fact you guys killed the game with that move. Whether it was a perceived savvy business decision at the time the opposite is clearly the resulted outcome. How long can you guys survive?
This game was supposed to be a fantasy 'TRIBES' with magic spells. Whether you know this or not, that's what people liked about the game. Immense mobility and slinging spells. The fact you went with Battle Royal was a huge mistake as well. It should have been a classic team-based deathmatch Game like TRIBES, or HALO and the like.

I thought it was a very good game with a lot of potential ... it's a shame that it has so little base playher ...
I think I will not hold
I can't think of how they can go back ... and make the game better .....

Yeah I dont believe them one bit

If you don't wanna believe "them"

Maybe believe an alpha tester instead who's been playing the game consistently for 2 years. It was never an Epic exclusive, they really tried having it on Steam, but their infrastructure simply was not up to par, so they switched, and later launched on consoles in the beta version, before finally launching on all platforms when it was released. That's not "exclusive" in any way. Hate on Epic all you want, but if they can provide a service Steam can't, what do you expect game devs to do exactly?

Oh why do I even bother, Gamers and their toxic tribalism never dies.

Okay, listen here, sonny. You might wanna know what the hell your talking about before you go flapping your gums. You can pretend to be a white-knight, or some kind of holier-than-thou, new-form of 'evolved gamer, looking out for the down trodden devs who get harassed by 'GaMeRz' and their tribal mentality, but I know you are just what we call 'misinformed'.
If you really did play 'Alpha' and 'Beta' you would know what I'm saying is 100 percent truth.

Here's some receipts, aka 'Le Proof'

And if you actually believe that steam couldn't handle an Alpha test better than Epic could then I don't know what to tell you, guy.
I got a bridge I could sell ya if you want. Half-price, one day only!
Of course they took the EPIC-Money-Bag and left steam.
This has nothing to do with 'insufficient infrastructure'. You must be 16 or something.

So stating your opinion and providing sources to back up the reasoning behind them is cringe? Cool shίt zoomer.

No, but the way they went about it is.
Ive noticed a pattern with games with high movements that allows for high skill plays casual players cant compete and puts them off , sadly you need the casual players to fill lobbies
